Actor/activist Danny Glover was arrested Friday at a labor union protest at Sodexo, a food service company headquarters in Montgomery County, MD.
Glover, along with 11 others, were charged with trespassing and released. They face fines up to $1,000 or 90 days in jail.
The actor appeared with members of the Service Employees International Union to protest what it calls the company’s unfair treatment of workers. Sodexo says the union is “spreading misinformation.”
