The whiners and crybabies who defend the illegal, immoral and downright stupid actions of President George W. Bush get their diapers bent out of shape when you suggest their boy is anything but the saint they foolishly claim him to be.
Sadly, Bush is an idiot, a foolish little frat boy in over his head. Has been for a long time and the blithering idiots who defend him are as brain dead as their hero.
Too bad. American cries out for strong leadership but that ain't gonna happen as long as the Bushites control government and the rabid right rides roughshod over the Constitution.

For years, my wife has said the Bush presidency reminds her of one of those Disneyish B movies where a teenager somehow becomes president, and then shows up all the narrow-minded adults by saving the world. Too bad for us it didn't work out that way.

I'm not a huge fan of Al Franken, but I think he put it best when he stated that conservatives love their country the same way a four year-old loves her mommy. "To a four-year-old, everything Mommy does is wonderful and anyone who criticizes Mommy is bad."
It is obvious that this childish allegiance carries over in many people's blind fealty to Dubya. Perhaps, rather than attempting to reason with some of these folks, it might be better to tell them to run along and go play so that the grown-ups can talk.
