Russell L. Long (no, not one of the Lousiana Longs) claims he found maggots in his milk at a Denny's Restaurant and the restaurant offered a settled of $12,500, which his lawyer accepted but which Long claimed he never gave authorization to accept. He wanted a million bucks.
Too bad, a judge said, ordering Long to take the settlement. Guess the real maggot wasn't in the milk.
